About these terms
This website (grada.au) is operated by GRADA Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 621 759 671; ABN 46 621 759 671) ("GRADA", "we", "us", "our"). Our registered office is 69 Ridge Road, Kallista VIC 3791. Our principal place of business is c/- EG Funds, Level 21, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney NSW 2000.
By accessing this site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Liquor licensing and statutory notices
GRADA sells alcohol under Victorian liquor licence number [TO BE INSERTED ONCE ISSUED].
WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $17,000); for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700).
We support the responsible service of alcohol. We will not knowingly sell or supply liquor to a person under 18 years of age, or to a person who appears intoxicated.
Age restriction and verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
We may, at our discretion, request proof of age before processing an order or accepting a delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
At the point of delivery, an adult aged 18 or over must be present to accept the goods and must produce valid photo ID if requested by the carrier. We will not leave alcohol at unattended premises.
Ordering
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products listed at the prices specified. The order is accepted once we send order confirmation by email and the goods are dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
Stock is unavailable
Age verification fails
We suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method
Delivery is not possible to the address provided
The order falls outside our delivery hours or geographic coverage
Local liquor laws prohibit the sale or delivery
Where we cancel an accepted order, we will refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices on the site are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Credit card details are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
Delivery
We ship within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery is undertaken by our nominated carriers. Delivery hours and days are subject to the laws of the destination state. In Victoria, deliveries take place between 9am and 11pm Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 11pm Sunday, between 12pm and 11pm on ANZAC Day, and not at all on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, public holidays, address errors, or matters outside our reasonable control.
Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.
Returns, refunds and faulty goods
Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms and is available at grada.au/return-policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including the consumer guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and matching description.
If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or do not match their description, contact us at drink@grada.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will replace, refund, or otherwise remedy as required by law.
We do not accept returns of alcohol for change of mind.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the GRADA name, logo, product names, designs, text, images, video, and packaging, is owned by or licensed to GRADA and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content on this site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the site is permitted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Provide false personal or payment information
Attempt to circumvent age verification or other security features
Resell GRADA products purchased from this site without our written consent
Interfere with the operation of the site, scrape content, or introduce malicious code
Use the site to harass, abuse, or impersonate any person
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site for any breach of this clause.
Third-party links and platforms
The site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. The hosting platform underlying this site may be operated by a third party; their terms and privacy practices apply to the hosting layer separately from these Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 7 (Australian Consumer Law rights):
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the site or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GRADA, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against any loss, claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of:

Your misuse of the site or our products
Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
Privacy
Your use of this site and any personal information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at grada.au/privacy-policy.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GRADA in respect of your use of the site and any purchase. They supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and GRADA submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia exercising jurisdiction in Victoria.
