Description
50 single-ingredient espresso martinis. Built for the speed rail.
5 litres of GRADA 01 in a bag-in-box. ~50 single-ingredient espresso martinis at venue speed. For high-volume bars, weddings, events and serious home bars.
This is what 350+ Australian venues serve from. Bag-in-box, 5 litres, ~50 cocktails per box at the standard 100ml pour.
The single-ingredient espresso martini, at venue speed
Most venues batch espresso martinis from three components — pulled espresso, vodka and a coffee liqueur. GRADA collapses all three into one BIB. No measuring, no batching, no lining up three bottles. One ingredient. Pour straight from the BIB into ice. Shake. Done.
A bartender can pour an espresso martini in under 30 seconds without thinking.
It is also our best unit economics. Lower cost per serve. Higher GP per cocktail. Same liqueur, same award, same hot extraction at 93°C.

For consumers
Only buy this if you are running an event, a wedding or a serious home bar. 50 cocktails is still a lot of cocktails.

How do you make an espresso martini with GRADA?
Add 100ml GRADA to a shaker.
Shake hard with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
That’s it.
No vodka.
No fresh espresso.
No added sugar.
Do I need to add vodka?
No.
GRADA already contains alcohol. It is bottled at 16% ABV, intentionally calibrated to produce a bar-quality espresso martini.
When shaken with ice, it dilutes to approximately 12% ABV, which is standard bar strength.
You do not need higher ABV vodka to correct it. The balance is already built in.
Do I need to add fresh espresso?
No.
GRADA is perfectly balanced on its own. No additional coffee or sugar is required.
Can I drink GRADA neat?
Yes.
Serve over ice in a short glass with a cube. Think espresso martini flavour, without the shake - convenient and sessionable.
Is GRADA cold brew?
No.
GRADA is hot extracted using a full immersion method, allowing us to use less sugar while maintaining depth and structure.
Is GRADA caffeinated?
Yes.
It contains natural caffeine at roughly the level of a standard long black.
Why doesn’t GRADA taste as sweet as other coffee liqueurs?
Because it is not designed to be syrup.
It is built coffee first, with balanced ABV and sugar so it performs on its own.
Where is the coffee sourced from?
Specialty grade coffee from Minas Gerais, Brazil, specifically Fazenda Pinhal.
Shelf life and storage?
Unopened bottles are shelf stable for over 12 months.
Once opened, best consumed within 12 months. Refrigeration is recommended but not required.
On the rocks, or shaken over ice for an espresso martini, either way superb and a party favourite at our house. Going to buy more, yum yum yum!!
Paul
A great drink for coffee liqueur lovers. The nicest I’ve had.
Matthew
Truly the best espresso martini I've ever had. Shaken at home with nothing but ice. Single origin, hot brewed and pure.
