Method
Our process is methodical and uncompromising, using a hot extraction method. Hot extraction brings out the full complexity of the coffee, the body, the depth and of course, that signature crema. Creating a spirit that stands on its own or as an espresso martini.
Ritual
After work. After hours. After dark. Our love for coffee doesn’t stop at 3pm, so we created an after-hours coffee spirit to keep the ritual alive. Born from Melbourne’s enduring obsession with coffee and shaped by how people love to enjoy it, Grada is made to be savoured, sip by sip.
